What should I do before making the purchase?
Before purchasing a package you should contact me, send the image that needs retouching and provide information about what you would like to be done to your image. I will only work on your images if I am sure that I can make them better or help you with your request.
What is the best way for sending instructions?
You can send reference photos of the retouch and color grading, that you want to achieve. Popular practice is to circle the spots in the photo specifically that you need to be retouched.
What kind of files are required for professional editing?
The best files for retouch are RAW and TIFF. I can deliver high-quality results from any other type of files, like high-res JPG. If you are not sure about the quality of your photo, please send them to me before making an order.
What program and techniques do you use for retouching?
I retouch all photos in Adobe Photoshop 2021 and use Capture One 21 for color correction and color grading.
What kind of file do you deliver?
I will provide TIFF as a final image and high res JPG. If you need any other type of file, let me know and I will add it to the delivery.
Are my photos and information protected? Will you post it without my permission?
I will protect your photos and information privacy, I will not share them anywhere without your permission, the work that I provide for you will not be used or published anywhere without your permission.
